八。 合同一式两份，双方各执一份，经国家外汇管理局潍坊中心支局批准后生效，至还清借款时失效。

延期付款是指大部分货款在交货后若干年内分期摊付。具体做法是：合同签定后，买方预付的一小部分货款做定金，也有合同规定按工程进度或交货进度支付一部分货款，其余大部分货款凭远期信用证支付，货物所有权一般在交货时转移。
